CELEBRATION OF CHILDREN’S DAY AND FINAL DAY CELEBRATION OF SCIENCE AND ARTS EXHIBITION

                Our school’s Children’s day and Science and arts exhibition was celebrated on     23^rd November 2015 in an elegant manner. The program began after 2.00 pm with invocation song in praise of God. Followed by the song was the welcome address delivered by D.Celshya of XI standard. Her welcome address was a pleasant one that brought in unbound happiness to be a part in the function.

                Winning is only done by people who strive hard to achieve such a glory. People who succeed by hardwork can always rejoice by their efforts. Such an excellent  hardwork  laid by the winner in singing competition T.N.Rithu of I standard came forward to sing the song once again to fill our ears with her sweet melody.

                The day’s celebration has got its double importance. That are the Children’s day and final day of science and arts exhibition. It is always compulsory to make a notice to all the listeners about the importance of the day. M.Sugadev of VIII standard gave a wonderful speech on importance of the day.

                We always feel happy to spend time with children. We are always happy to sing songs in praise of the children. Our students of VII standard came forward to sing a song in praise of the children. 

                Faith , hardwork and confidence can take a man high to all levels and fields. Yes, our students have proved it several times. Such a student by all these qualities have got victory. G.S.Vaishnavi of IX standard came forward to deliver the same thundering speech to all the audience.

                As winners do of all age, a winner of song in IX standard , Abisha also came forward to make all feel joy by her sweet song.     

                It was a pleasant opportunity for all of us to hear the effective speech of our honourable Chief Guest Smt.Poofa Gopalan, B.E.,M.Tech., Scientist of ISRO, Mahendragiri. She took  charge in ISRO in 2004. She has shined in various fields of her work. She spoke on the vast improvement of Science in today’s world. She also said about the benefits one could receive by the inventions. She felt proud about our country for being developed in field of Science. Our glory ranks high by our inventions in field of space. She insisted students to become scientist through which India can be taken to heights in upcoming years. It was really a beneficial one to the listeners.

                Efforts and success of winners are always to be glorified. Prize is a part of motivation. To motivate our children’s participation, they were awarded prizes. The prize list was readout by Selva Kumar Sir and prizes were distributed by the honourable Chief guest.

                To make the function a remarkable, memorable and pleasant one, memento was presented to the Chief Guest by our Principal.

                The day’s celebration was a grant one with all its beauty of nature , the joy in children and happiness in winners. The program had a fine beginning and a fine ending with vote of thanks by Sowmiya of XI standard.     

                The program was finally endedup by praying God through Kendra Prathana.
