The Teacher's Day
Celebration was held in a grand manner at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,
Vivekanandapuram. The entire school joined together to honor and appreciate the
selfless service of teachers.
The special highlight of
the day was that the students enacted the role of teachers. For half a day,
they took charge as Correspondent, Principal, Vice-Principal, PT Teacher, and
subject teachers.
The student-teachers,
R.Rashmitha of class XI A acted as Correspondent, T.N.Rithu of class XI A acted
as Principal, P.M.Archana and M.Sri Dharshini acted as Vice Principal and
performed their role perfectly well and gave a speech about this auspicious day.
They managed the classes with discipline and dedication, experiencing the
responsibilities and challenges of teaching.
This unique activity
helped the students to understand and value the true efforts and feelings of
teachers.
Few student-teachers
shared their experience enthusiastically.
The best student-teachers
were awarded.
The teachers day meeting
was initiated by three ohmkars, sahanavavathu by Smt.P.Jeya and also teacher
welcomed the gathering.
The meeting was presided
by Sri. T.Sankara Lingam sir.

The Chief Guest appreciated the role of
Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya in providing quality education and moral values.

He expressed his happiness and pride in
meeting the teachers of VKV and also shared that students from this school are
highly appreciated even at Amity University. His words deeply inspired both
teachers and students.

He shared an inspiring life
experience. He spoke about his childhood and explained how the encouragement of
his Botany Professor transformed his life.

With that guidance, he excelled in his
studies, becoming a university rank holder, and later completing his M.Ed.,
M.Phil. He acknowledged that it was the motivation of his teacher that shaped
his future.
The Chief Guest was
honoured by our Vice Principal sir, Sri.S.Sanjeevi Rajan.
All the teachers were
honoured and got the blessings from our Chief Guest.
The meeting concluded
with Shanti mantra.
The teachers day
celebration was a grand success.
