He brought to light the three stages of seva as propounded by Swami Vivikananda 1) to provide the basic needs 2) to provide educational survival to the upcoming children ie., they must earn the living by their own livelihood 3) to give guidance by which the people understand “Who am I?”. He instructed the teachers to aspire to be a teacher apart from their working hours. He quoted Sri Ramakrishna who chose Swami Vivekananda as his vehicle to spread the culture of “Sanadhana dharma”.
