“THE MOTHER’S HEART IS THE CHILD’S
CLASSROOM”
No one in our life
will ever love us as our mother does. There is no love as pure, unconditional
and strong as a mother’s love. In order to sow the seeds of parental respect
towards every child’s mother, “Mathru Pooja” is a way to induce love and
respect to their mother. It is based on the concept of paying our respect to
our mother whom our culture sees as a representation of Devi.
Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,
Kanyakumari celebrated “Mathru Pooja” on March 13, 2019 in a curious manner.
